  • I think this place does a great job with a basic manicure. They are quick & efficient without making it feel rushed, which I appreciate. I have never had to wait more than a few minutes for walk-in service, even on busy Saturday mornings. While I feel $15 is a fair price for a manicure, I have been upcharged $3 (on two separate occasions) for "special nail polish" colors that were on the "regular polish" options. Also, the guy that answers the phone but otherwise sits in a pedicure chair & watches videos on his phone, is rude. I'm relieved I can't understand what he's saying because I'm confident it would make me never want to step foot in the place again. I legitimately watched him roll his eyes & hang up on a woman yesterday.
