  • Quirky is the best way to describe Phil's. They have an extensive menu I tried prime rib and my son had a French dip. The food was good diner food but not great. Service was good. All in all the prices are not bad and the food is pretty good. I will definitely come again and try some different dishes. We had the mud pie for desert it was kinda freezer burned. One weird thing is the bathrooms are located outside. Kinda strange. The dining room is a kitschy shrine to coca cola if your into that type of thing.
