| - Already scoring poorly and I just walked in the door. You do not need my street address for any valid reason... "the system won't let me create a profile for you without it" isn't a valid reason, but fine, here's a fake address.
Let me explain something to the young "ladies" at the front desk - your job is to greet incoming customers with a gracious and friendly demeanor. I'll wait while you look those words up... and I won't hold my breath that you'll put them into practice.
But wait, there's more! The tech was fine, if not particularly personable. The doctor, otoh, was GREAT... until I asked a specific question about how much my eyesight has deteriorated since my last scrip. "It's not a matter of good or bad, it's just a number and with corrective lenses we can get you to 20/20, so..."
EX. CUSE. ME. My EYESIGHT is more important than that and deserves a proper answer. He should go into politics, answering questions like that.
We shall see what the next step brings. I am not hopeful.
EDIT: the lady who was supposed to put my package together explained my prescription, which HAS gotten exponentially worse, and then told me I HAD to have the $69 extra stuff, even though I told her up front what my spending limit was.
I paid for my eye exam and left.
I'll get my glasses through zennioptical.com and be done with it.
No, thank you, America's "Best"...
PS, preempting the message from PR/customer relations I'm bound to get, here's what you can do to avoid these shitty reviews in the future: HIRE CUSTOMER SERVICE *PROFESSIONALS*. TRAIN them CORRECTLY. And lastly, FIRE them if they fail to provide the kind of service that prevents reviews like this one.
