  • So my best friend sent me a edible arrangement for my sons graduation.. it didn't come on time they sent the wrong arrangement mine was supposed to be the big party arrangement with a white basket and grapes and chocolate covered marshmallow and I got small red basket with cantaloupe and honey dew with a couple chocolate covered strawberries she paid a lot of money and when we called and let them know what happen the guy acted like it was no big deal and he would give us some chocolate covered strawberries that I have to go pick up.. no apology nothing. We will not ever go back or order anything from this place again I will tell everyone I know not to order if they can't get 1 order right or communicate that it was going to be 2 hours and 49 mins late. Bad customer service. My friend tried to do something nice and we were stressed out if we were even going to receive the order we had to call after it was two hour late no one called us! To let us know the order was going to be extremely late it was scheduled for 12 noon not 2:49 pm..
