  • Shockingly rude staff who refused to call the owner when I wanted to let them know what was going on. Burn marks where my dogs were shaved. Changed price on me and is a cash only business so when I refused to go get more money they said I was a thief. Told me I didnt take care of my dogs ...(even though I brought them to be groomed every six to eight weeks and tipped 20 every time). Beyond disgusting treatment. Never again. If they are treating us like this what are they doing to out defenseless animals locked in the kennels and on their cutting tables?
