  • The events center is wonderful. The parking is a rip off. As we went to leave the parking garage and attempted to pay, the machine gave us an error message that it could not read our ticket. Then we went to find help and security, who were so helpful, contacted the hotel via the intercom. First the woman said she couldn't see our ticket then told us we owed $12 when our ticket said $10. When we tried to correct her she told us it's no way our ticket was $10 and it should be $30. She finally was able to see our license on a ticket and made us a ticket for $10. Poor customer service.
