Game was fun - service needs major improvements. I get they are new but it's as if no one there knows what's going on. While waiting for our bay, we went to the third level bar and ordered drinks. First off there were only 2 bartenders for a very crowded bar area. Took 20 minutes to get poorly made drinks and we watched as food sat on the bar for 15 minutes as no one knew which table it went to. Once at our bay, it was apparent the communication in this place between employees was horrible. We were told they were out of straws and limes, we personally walked to another floor and found both these items on the other floor from the bar.... come on. Then our food came our wrong and at different increments. I was completely done with my food by the time my side of fries even came to the table which I had to remind our server about 3 times. Not once did a manager stop over to check in, nor did the server try to get anything done to make up for the errors and slow delivery times. I work in the hospitality industry and this is just unacceptable. I know things like this happen but it's all about how you recover by going above and beyond to make the situation better, and a simple I'm sorry goes a long way too. Tip to management, train your staff better and be more present in the evening. We will be back hoping the kinks get worked out.
