I have a 1993 Corvette and had a 20% off coupon for any work performed. I needed a 4 wheel alignment and asked if they knew how to do Corvette's. Was told "no problem" but would take up to 2 hours to do it because of the 4 wheel alignment. The car was done in 40 minutes and when I drove it it pulled to the right (the car did NOT do that before I took it in), I drove right back and the mechanic named Ed who did the job said "I told them I didn't want to do that car, can you bring it back tomorrow when Mike is here?" I was there right at 8am the next day. No other cars where being worked on but took 40 minutes for Mike to begin working on my car. He worked on the alignment for 2 hours and it still pulled to the right like the right front tire was low on air. Was told to bring it back on Saturday when he had time to do it. I don't understand. They had time to take my money and were paid to do the job but don't have time to do the job correctly the first or second time? That I must bring the car back 3 times to do a job that should have been done the first time. Fat chance. I'll eat the $75 and go else where. I'm sure that was what they had in mind anyway. Like my time on this planet isn't as important as theirs is.
