  • I'm too old to use the word awesome as many other reviewers have, but I will say that David, on behalf of High Quality Service Inc., is polite, professional and very personable. His knowledge of numerous appliances is vast and inspires confidence. David gave us a quick appointment date and arrived right on time. He diagnosed the problem with our cook top over the phone and had the necessary parts needed to make the repairs on the spot. I was very happy with the amount I was charged for the repairs and thought it was more than fair, although after reading the reviews on Yelp I did not get a second opinion. My wife and I laughed while reading all the glowing reviews, no one could be that good. David is the real deal and all the positive reviews are true. The next time one of my major appliances messes up, I would not call anyone else.
