  • Sitting inside having my coffee and reading the paper reminded me of being in Portland! Great vibe inside located across from a college on Water street. It's at least a blocks away from the casino area and not too far from the city hall of Boulder City. I had a pour over coffee that was good with a spinach cheese quiche. Both yummy but a bit hefty for the price of $16. Service was excellent for sure though. I would recommend for anytime to escape Starbucks monotony and yes to feel like you're somewhere in Portland while in Vegas!!
