I made my appointment in August 2017, for January 2018. The day of my appointment I get called to reschedule, in early Jan. I arrive for my appointment today and I'm told it's out of network. We confirmed I was in network when I scheduled and I was advised today they changed what they accept. The gal at the desk was very nice and apologetic. I've lost 2 days of work/school because of this and I'm pretty unhappy at their lack of communication and diligence. My time is limited and they wasted it!!!
