  • long wait, and once I was called up one of the secretaries accused me of falsifying an order form (very loudly in front of 15+ people in the waiting room) when in reality my doctor just hadn't filled it out correctly. I hope the rest of the staff isn't as rude and unprofessional as this woman was but I can say I will not go back.
