Beautiful restaurant with great service. The wait staff is very attentive, and is quick without being overbearing.
The food was ok. I had the cheese lollipop that was so-so (unfortunately it was not warm when it came out, unclear if that was by design), the Spanish tortilla (I have had others that were much better. This dish didn't have a lot of flavor) and the Pan Manchego (which was quite good and very simple - toasted bread with a very thin slice of manchego cheese, topped with what I'd guess was a basil olive oil).
For dessert I had the bunuelos, which were good.
For a Vegas restaurant with a great reputation, I have to say I was disappointed. I'm a big Tapas fan, and I would not return here.
