I had been in e-mail communication with Ian Joyce (sales) for a day or two and he was very responsive (which is awesome because I need instant gratification) and answered all of my questions. When I met Ian at the dealership, he was very knowledgeable about the vehicle - knew it inside and out - and excited to tell us about it. He wasn't pushy or overbearing, but was easy to talk to and willing to spend the time we needed.
Ian had the owner appraise my trade-in and I ended up with an offer higher than I had expected!
Once we started talking numbers, Joe Gusky (finance) explained all of our options, listened to my situation, and bent over backwards to get us the right price and rate. Much of this was done over the phone since we got in too late on Monday to deal with any banks. When I picked up the car last night, Ian and Joe had it all cleaned up and ready then they took about an hour to explain all of the features, buttons, bells, and whistles!
