  • Listen to the warnings from me and others on Yelp, stay way away from this dealership. in the future, instead of driving 4.5 miles to this dealership, I'll drive the 15 miles to Camelback Ford where they at least ACT like they care about my business. 1. I visited this location about 6 years ago for service. They managed to break a windshield wiper arm while replacing the blades (on 4 year old, 40,000 mile vehicle. I swore off going there again. 2. When shopping for a new vehicle a couple years ago, I decided to not hold sales accountable for the service department and gave this place a shit. Overall experience was so icky and shady feeling we went to another Ford dealer on the other side of town to buy the exact same vehicle this dealership had. Swore off new sales here. 3. After hearing about the complete revamp here, figured I'd give service another try recently. Never again. No one wants to read a novel, so I'll keep my most recent experience brief. I have a 2017 Escape that had a plastic panel fall of at around 3,000 miles while I was out of state. I visited a dealership to address the issue, which they obviously didn't doa great job of fixing, as it slowly fell off/was ground off on the highway over a 5 hour trip. I came into AutoNation Ford Scottsdale to get this fixed under warranty which I would've assumed would be a slam dunk on such a new car. Nope. 1. Warranty was denied. 2. Service advisor ignored/refused MULTIPLE requests to speak with the Service Manager. 3. Once I explained the situation (again), including mentioning that I followed the previous dealerships instructions perfectly, I asked what he could do to help me track down a resolution. His response? "I can't do anything for you. You can call the 1-800 number for Ford and complain though". Now, the part in question is only a $75 part that takes 5 min to install (I know this because, not surprisingly, my Service Advisor was happy to replace this part and charge me for it; because of course he was) and this dealership had ZERO qualms leaving me hanging. What happens to you when it's a $4,000 transmission? Visit here at your own risk.
