| - Extremely friendly staff, and the cookies are good.
Service-wise, I will give it 5 stars.
Location-wise maybe a 3, as you have to take the streetcars unless you drive. The store is right there though. Only cons is, you have the pass by the scratchy moss park area if you come from the west side. The front desk lady ask if I want to try the cookies, and since I have not tried it, I ask for the chocolate one. I was only expecting a nibble and not expecting the full palm size cookie. I guess i don't mind cookie before lunch
Selection-wise, They have a huge selection, so I got the assorted dozen ones.
Three stars for flavour only because it was not my cup of tea, and there are better ones in Toronto.
----------------------
More info for other stores will be posted when I am in town.
The biggest difference was the other stores tend to make it smaller and fancier (compare to old fashion grandma cookie style), and they use way more nut powder to replace the flour ingredients shortbread cookies. As a result, the other places are more crispy and nutty flavour.
