  • If I could give this company negative stars, I would. Not only is Dr. Burgmeier extremely unprofessional but I paid close to $10,000 and have not received the results I was promised. I have been receiving laser hair removal for 9 YEARS!!!! After approaching Dr. Bergmeier with my dissatisfaction he offered me a $500 refund (which is clearly no where near my investment) and he asked me not to come back. WOW!!! What other business in the world can you pay that kind of money, have very little results and then have them tell you to hit the bricks? Not only am I personally offended by Dr. Bergmeier but their lasers did not do the job I paid "Perfect Skin" to produce. I DO NOT recommend this company to anyone interested in laser hair removal.
