  • Been [actively] open since August and are doing a fine job. Many different types of jerky for sale, which most all are out to sample: BONUS. Nothing worse than buying a $12 bag of jerky and hating the first bite. They also offer different hot sauces, spices, and jerky making kits. I'd rather have someone else do the dirty work, but it would make a nice gift for hunters. The storefront is disguised, I drove past 3 times before finding it. They should really do something about that. Actually, this whole strip behind Taco Bell needs a new face. New businesses are in and out of here each time I drive by. Owner was very kind and helpful. Now go buy his yummy jerky. Just don't eat it all in one day like I did. *Plan your jerky trips around their strange schedule; Thur-Sat 6-10.*
