  • I recently purchased the rock stud Valentino handbag from a second hand shop. I got a great deal and was hoping to get it cleaned and restored back to original condition, but was told by another shop that it could not be done. I took my bag to Luxury Shoe & Luggage Repair and he told me, "Of course we can do it!" The bag was quite dirty on the inside and the outside was missing one of the rock studs. He pulled out a pair of Valentino shoes and said he could use one of the rock studs to replace my missing one on the purse and would clean the inside and outside for $75. It took one week and the purse was ready as promised. I was shocked, my purse looks brand new again!!!! This bag retails at Nordstroms and Saks for $2500 and I got it for $500 second hand. Now, after having it cleaned, it looks PERFECT!!! I was delighted by his services and his ability to restore my bag. I have several other high end bags and will only trust my items with this store from now on. I highly recommend this shop for all your luxury items, great service and excellent work!
