  • I cancelled my personal training 5 days before my next bill was due all within the responsibilities of the contract. They still charged my card and call me EVERYDAY for the money. After dealing with corporate several times they agreed it was cancelled but can't seem to get it out of their system. I still get called...I still get stopped every time I come into the gym. I am now on the phone with them to cancel my membership. I have been a member since 1997. I have never dealt with more incompetence in my life. Do NOT JOIN 24 hour! I had to dispute the charge because they could not seem to reverse the charge. I believe this is their business model. Stay away!
