We went on a Tuesday afternoon, so it wasn't busy and we were seated right away and received prompt and courteous service. We got the thin crust (butter crust) with green peppers and it was delicious. The pizza was cooked to perfection and the sampler tray (had mozzarella sticks, fried mushrooms, fried cheddar cheese, etc) was delicious, too. It wasn't quite as good as in Chicago, but close. I would definitely recommend Lou's in Phoenix to anyone looking for a good pizza.
