Not only does Kyle not know anything about me, especially the fact I played professional hockey before I was injured, or that I travel to Las Vegas many times yearly, he did not even take the time to properly address my review in a professional manner. Let's keep in mind that the purpose of Yelp is to allow individuals to post their own opinions and experiences. Kyle elected to threaten and verbally assault me. I feel bad for everyone in Las Vegas if this is one of the best shops around. If it was anywhere else that had a large hockey community this place would be out of business in a matter of months.... especially if its under the direction of someone so unstable, oppressive, and a bigot. Kyle, thank you for your heartfelt and very direct message..... "Thanks for taking the time to review my pro shop here in Vegas. You must be a real piece of shit to review someone's business the way you did on what was probably just a SINGLE visit to Vegas. For your information, we have been in business for over 15 years and we have a very good reputation (the best) here in Las Vegas. I do special orders, save my customers tons of money, the best skate sharpening you'll ever have in your life, skate repairs on the SPOT, and much more. Things you won't be able to appreciate on just a single visit. Your review is not going to hurt me one bit, but thanks for taking the time out of your miserable life to review me poorly. I bet you have black Tuuks, pink laces, and white gloves while you're out there attempting to handle the puck every time a pass comes your way.
