  • quite possibly the most inefficient sbux in all of Toronto. - long line-ups, at the cash and crowded coffee condiment counter/pick-up station - impatient cashier - tourists embarking on their first tall, grande, venti anything - useless overstaffing, seems to be only one doing anything useful at any given time (e.g. making drinks which are typically the wrong size and luke warm) 30 minutes later. never again
