  • Do not bring your dog here. The owner is rude, impatient, and unprofessional. He arrived late for our appointment and treated our dog like she was just a paycheck, not a client. He expressed favoritism to another dog, suggesting to that owner that their dog was a higher priority and would be taken care of ahead of ours. Also, during a simple phone call, the owner was unnecessarily rude and condescending. I was so uncomfortable leaving my dog here that I picked her up immediately and scheduled an appointment elsewhere. After this experience, I spoke with friends who have also experienced poor customer service and poor grooming quality.
