This was my first return visit from their opening days 6 years ago. They have a better selection of food and as always it is fresh cooked each day by those that know Caribbean food. I had the jerk chicken, beans and rice and cabbage. It was excellent. The place is small but they have a constant stream of patrons. Depending on the time of the day several menu items may get sold out. The food is made in the morning and when it's gone, it's gone. This is a testament to the quality and authenticity of the food. It is hand made and not sitting in a freezer waiting to be thawed when ordered. If you've ever been to Jamaica, then you will recognize how authentic this food can be. The have a limited selection of beer and sodas. Great rum and carrot cakes for desert. There are not many Caribbean places in the Phoenix area and definitely with the quality of Hot Pot. Give it a try if in the area.
