Still our default place for tonkatsu in Toronto. Definitely not as busy as it used to be. Got there around 6pm and we were the only table at the restaurant. The servers still managed to busy themselves with other things than to serve us (there were five of them and two of us -- so they tried really hard to avoid us). The food is still good. Had the pork tenderloin and it was, well, tender. I always through that their soup could use work -- why not a pork bone soup instead of miso. Maybe it's just a North American thing ... go to Japanese restaurant, must have miso.
