  • OK they have an 'eclectic' group of people that come and go, and the kiosks are more for decoration (cool idea but they don't work). We were upset since the kiosk was a bust (we came in at midnight but were told the room wasn't 'ready'), so we waited in line to talk to someone. After a pretty long wait, we were given our key cards quickly and went up to the 8th floor. OH MY GOD... we were given the (smallest) of the suites - we had reserved a run of the house room!!!! It was such a beautiful and huge space! So, I'm giving them 5 stars because that wow'ed me!
