  • I've been coming here for awhile for gel manicures, which were normally very good. The last time I went, I just wanted my gels soaked off to give my nails a break, I got a pedicure instead of my usual gel mani. They seemed upset that I was just getting a soak off instead of a new mani and cut my soak time in half, rushed through the process, and he was so rough and used so much force to get the gel off my nails that they CRACKED THE NAIL PLATE on my thumb and middle finger. And I still have traces of gel on my nails. I asked Than about it, who was doing the soak off and he said it was fine. Not fine. Not good ladies. My nails are generally fine after gels, a little soft, but fine. This time I have broken nail beds and separation from the beds at the tips. Not happy at all.
