rev:text	Horrible. I walked in and stood at the front desk for about 2 minutes brie anyone acknowledged I was even standing there. This should have been my first sign to leave. Once I was greeted I told the girl I was in a little bit of a hurry and just asked how long the wait was. She said there was no wait and got my foot bath ready while I picked a color. I went and sat in my designated chair and waited roughly 7 minutes before the woman that was to do my nails finished with the woman next to me. When she was done she got up and started to clean of her work station (putting clippers away under the shelf etc) but as she us cleaning that station up she is pitting my station together. She is touching this woman's used clippers and towels then going and getting mine out, without washing her hands. That woman gets up and now my nail tech is sitting in front of me. She starts to remove my polish...... Meanwhile a guy nail tech walks over and pulls out a used dirty sponge out of the drawer, squirts it with 1- 2 pumps of BATH AND BODY WORKS SOAP and swiftly wipes down the foot bath. He gave it a quick squirt of water and left it to air dry. Mean while I have had 2 of my toenails clipped when I asked for them all to be trimmed and she is moving on to pouting lotion on my legs. What happened to the part were I get my cuticles cut? Or the rest of my nails trimmed? She rubbed the lotion on and then rinsed it all off just as fast. She grabbed the toe separators ready to paint my nails already. I have been in this chair a total of 24 minutes ( that's including the time I was waiting!) And she is done???!!! I asked if she was going to do all of the appropriate pedicure procedures and she said yes and grabbed the color I picked out. I told her to not worry About painting and I got up. Then this woman had the audacity to tell me I owed $25... FOUR WHAT???!!! just save yourself and refrain from going here. They are only about quantity and not quality!
