  • Let me just say it. Hands down the Beth Smith Shuey Team is the single best real estate team in Charlotte. I would never go anywhere else. She gets it. She understands whether you are buying or selling it is so much more than just another business transaction. It is a personal and emotional decision that affects your entire family. And isn't that what you really want? ....someone that will view your transaction with all the care, concern and urgency that you do. I just completed my third transaction with Beth's team in the last eight years and have never been disappointed. Just like the first two transactions, it was quick, professional and painless. The team is tireless. I can't tell the number of times I spoke with Beth and teammates late at night and on weekends. In this recent transaction, I was downsizing. Through the process, she introduced me to top-flight financial resources that helped me with my financing needs. She pointed me to stagers, handymen and others that helped me get the house ready for listing. On the buying side, her Buyer's Agent, Kristen, worked tirelessly to help me find the perfect home quickly and at a great price in a hot seller's market. From beginning to end, my current house was listed/sold at my asking price and my new home purchased in less than 30 days. How many other teams could do that? Don't sell yourself short when you select a Real Estate agency to represent you and your family. Pick the team that walks the talk. Pick the Beth Smith Shuey team.
