  • We've ordered brisket for family birthdays and celebrations. The brisket stays moist even until the next morning! It doesn't dry out. Love it for next day breakfast. They package it for you nicely so that the meat stays warm and hot. The great thing is if it cools down you can throw it in the oven in the same container they gave it to you in. Mac n cheese was delicious and flavorful. Brisket is packed with good flavor and they cut it beautifully.
