  • I started with Sottopelle nearly 12 years ago. My overall health at that time was a total train wreck! I was on 5 different medications, including meds for depression, ADHD, insomnia, pain, and synthetic hormone patches. I had severe back pain, osteopenia, severe hot flashes, inability to concentrate on my job, unable to sleep...I just assumed this was what my latter years would be like. I was in my mid-50s.
