  • What an AMAZING location. From start to finish, IMR nailed their customer service, professionalism, ambience, knowledge, skill and follow-up. Upon check in, you're taken to a quiet, relaxation room with soft music, gentle twinkle lights and the comfiest lounge chairs. In the actual massage room, you not only get aromatherapy, but you can choose whatever Pandora/Spotify playlist you like (so feel free to branch out from the typical stylings.) I chose Chris as my massage therapist because I'm a ballet/jazz dancer, but I cross-train at the gym and I liked his interest in working with athletes and as well as his background in FST stretching. He was the perfect choice. I was so impressed that he talked through my 'aches and pains' and really appreciated how he took the first couple minutes of our appointment to test my flexibility and range of motion, particularly in my 'trouble areas.' This was not just a 90 Minute Sports Massage, it became a custom-designed session. Chris absolutely utilized the diagnostic portion of the appointment as a guideline for specific therapy methods. It was the perfect balance of relaxation and real work. Not only that, but he sent me a handwritten follow-up card just a few days later! How many businesses take the time to do that for their clients, nowadays? I could have swore I'd have bruises from the scraping and deep tissue work, but Chris must have strong, gentle hands because despite feeling rejuvenated, I didn't a mark on me the next day! IMR always seems to have Yelp Check-In Deals, so make sure to keep checking their weekly/monthly offerings and take advantage! If you're looking for a place where you actually leave feeling relaxed because you've had some real work done to reduce tension and inflammation, book your appointment here! No matter where you live in Vegas, IMR is absolutely worth the trip and their prices are so reasonable you will absolutely feel like you've gotten your monies worth. I can't wait to book my next session!
