  • Rude and unprofessional. Their lack of knowledge and/or lack of desire to research a warranty cost us 2k that the warranty wouldve covered. Played the "we have to test this, run this, replace this, might be this but could be this" game. Second company came out for a second opinion and fixed the problem immediately.
