  • US Airways is, by far, the worst airline I have ever encountered. They do not allow transfers or refunds of tickets for flights that you have to cancel and do not allow the person who purchases the ticket to receive the credit if they bought it for commercial purposes. Their customer service is rude and inflexible, and they charge exorbitant fees for basic flight necessities.
