  • We were originally very happy to find this company. On the plus side, they found us a wonderful tenant who pays on time. They only charge an initial $395 fee to set up your property management account and find your first tenant. All other tenant finding fees are $99. This sounded great to us. Now for the cons .... 1. They completely ignore your landlord agreement. We've asked the company to contact us on any repair over $100. They have NEVER contacted us for repairs, and we only find out from our monthly statement. When we modified our agreement to contacting us for any repairs, they still ignored the agreement. This has happened multiple times. 2. We found out from our security company that there was a power failure to the property's security system, and we called the property management company. They have yet to call us back. It's been almost a week. We even called the oncall people, and even then no one called us back. 3. We were supposed to receive a refund as part of the problem #1 above. They never sent it. 4. When the compay finally sent the refund, it was incorrect and short by $100. This has all happened within the midst of 7months. If you are looking for a totally hands off approach, and don't care about legal agreements or your bottom line, they are fine. If you want to be aware of charges, etc. and are expecting some level of customer service, go elsewhere.
