  • I don't think I've ever had a good experience at this store. Whether it's a weekend and they are packed with customers or on a weekday where there are more sales people than customers. Ok maybe I'm exaggerating a little bit because I did have ONE decent experience. But all the other times it's been ridiculous. Let's start with when I went in to inquire about how the handles of my purse were discolouring. They proceeded to tell me that it was my fault and that my hands made it dirty and discoloured and that next time I should put it under a lamp to oxidize the handles first. Uhh ya sure, next time. I then went to inquite about repairing my bag as it was a little frayed and wondered if they did repairs, I saw it on the website. They rudely told me that they don't do repairs and acted as if it were my fault that I even asked. The people that work in this store are appalling and have a serious case of snobbery for no reason. Umm hello, did anyone inform you that you work in a RETAIL store...my little niece works in the mall too, you are the same level as her, get over yourself.
