  • Originally I was going to give this company a bad review because the day I had scheduled service they were a no call no show. The very next day I spoke with Angela in customer service and she assured me they would remedy their mistake ... although I set up an apt with them over the phone we were somehow left off their service schedule ... They had their technician Roger come out that afternoon. He was very pleasant and helpful, making sure that we were happy with the service. Roger came in and inspected our carpet and spent extra time on any trouble spots. He did a great job and our carpet looks like new. I'm very happy the company took care of the customer, especially since it was their error.
