  • I went into Ashley's Friday November 17 th. The store was busy but not to crazy. My husband and I purchased a leather couch and love seat there a few years back. At the time of purchase they gave us a leather cleaning kit. Said the refills were free. NOT I went in one time and they were out of the refills. So what ever I went to Walmart and bought some other leather cleaner . W that being said Friday I just happen to stop in w the 2 bottles in hand . Wanting to get them refilled or purchase more. When I walked into Ashley's I had one guy almost approach me but as soon as he saw the bottles in my hand he walked away. So I kept walking towards the back of the building . Not one person offered to help me. I even approached the desk at the back of the building not one person looked up . So I left !! I was so irritated I walked over to creative leather and received so much help. So glad we purchased our beautiful Cali king leather bed from them. We will not step foot back into Ashley's for our furniture needs. The customer service and product at Creative Leather is fair more superior. Sincerely, An unhappy customer
