  • Lived here last year and it was the worst experience. It started out nice but once I had issues that I needed managers for, they gave THE WORST customer service. They messed up my simple bills account and never completed any maintenance request. I was being charged for a rooms electricity I never even lived in. They are an unsympathetic company that only cares about their profit. Speaking of profits, the rates were WAY too high for the service that came along with it. The security guards just laughed at me and didn't take me seriously when there were some creepy, rude, strange, 30+ Old people out by the pool causing issues. Only when I threatened to get a lawyer involved did they step in. DO NOT LIVE HERE. The only good thing about this place is the football games and A mountain.
