  • we take our two dogs and cat here. they're all very nice. clean facility. took the cat in last night for a potential bladder infection. the vet didn't even open my cats cage to look at her or touch her, gave me a sheet of paper with prices of everything. I declined due to cost, and they still charged me for the visit. they charged me to wait 20 min for them, me to tell them about the situation, and then writing down everything they think I should do. I should have just used google. Craig road animal hospital: we will be switching vets, and if you don't even do a physical examination on an animal, you should not charge an exam fee.
