  • First off let me start by saying that I have been getting a Brazilian wax for about five years now I can say that coming to the European WACK center I have encountered some of the worst experiences I've ever had. The type of experiences where you just have to tell someone to warn them. The products here that they use at the European wax center are awful. I should have known that coming to the European wax center would be a major issue because I'm not European I'm a black woman. While my hair is not extremely course , it's not extremely fine either... the products does not to give me a clean look and the technician left spots with hair on it. Also I have never ever been to a place and got a wax and when the wax was completed the technician stays in the room I was so uncomfortable I couldn't get a good look at myself because she was standing there with her back turned however still in the room I did not understand why she did not just leave so I can get myself together. Also I had a friend use this facility who was left bleeding that is an absolute no no The technicians are poorly trained if trained at all Bottom line is there are plenty other facilities that provide a way better experience, service and products then here
