  • Bought a car from here in November. Sales lady was HORRIBLE!! I mean horrendous! She was rude, clueless, and made things very difficult from beginning to end. I bought my car on Black Friday so I was hoping for some kind of Black Friday deal, or to at least be able to haggle the price down a little bit. Nope, because it is an "AutoNation" establishment the prices are firm. No wiggle room at all! Or maybe that was just what the sales women told us because she didn't want to deal with negotiations. After everything was said and done we were at the dealership for over 3.5 hours. Fast forward 6 months, I received a notice in the mail from the DMV informing me that the paperwork the dealership had submitted was done incorrectly. They had only registered my car for 6 months, not a year, as it states in my paperwork! I guess dealing with that awful saleswoman should have been my first clue to pick up and leave, however, I was in a position where I had to buy a car that same day. I gave them 3 stars because I did get a great car that I enjoy for a fairly reasonable price. I have also used their service department 4 times and I have not had any issues. Overall I would continue to go to them for routine maintenance because of the proximity to my home, however, I do not think that I will ever buy another car from them.
