  • We ordered 2 light fixtures for bathroom remodels. Once we got the order into the system and they received our money we did not hear from them. 2 weeks later we called wondering about when our order will be in. At that time we were notified that one order will be in within 2 weeks, the other is now on back order and won't we in for 4-6 weeks (why were we not notified of this earlier). After a 2 week wait we picked up the first fixture (exactly what we wanted) and asked how much longer for the second. They told us it was on the east coast and will be 2-4 weeks (why can't they just ship it now). We asked if they can expedite the shipping process (we will pay), the company said they will try but now 2 weeks later we are told that it will be here next week (could've made it by this weekend if they called the east coast warehouse but only e-mailed). Poor communication with clients. Poor communication with warehouse. Once they got your money they didn't care about the costumer. Will not refer anyone to this place.
