If I could give it 0 stars, I would. The customer service team is a joke. I got my jetta towed here to get a replacement key installed because it is the closest dealership to where I live. When I got to the service department and told them what happened they told me the car hasnt arrived yet and there was nothing they could tell me. I had a 1:30 appointment to get the key installed and hadn't spoken to anyone besides the first guy who told me he couldn't help me. I stood outside the service office for 20 minutes while 3 service advisors stood inside talking and looking at their phones while the original guy helped another customer. I made eye contact with one of the service advisors at least 5 times and not once did he come out of the office to ask if I had needed help. Finally after 30 minutes of waiting the orginial service guy came over to me and told me they had the car and it would be an hour before the car would be ready. I watched the car arrive 20 minutes prior to him tell me this so basically I stood there like a jackass for something they could have told me when i arrived. These guys really need to work on their customer service skills. I will not be returning to Chapman Volkswagen
