  • Don't stay here. The resort is dated and the customer service is among the worst you can get. We checked in today and are supposedly in the nicest suite. The "specialty" suite. There's hardly anything special about it. Dated furniture; bugs in the sofa bed and just a dirty grimy feeling you get when you go to a place that's let itself go. We have just tired calling the front desk about 15 times now between 11:30pm and now (11:55pm). No one is answering the phone. I even tried calling from outside the hotel (hotel staff is more likely to answer when they think their boss might be calling) to no avail. This is not the place to go. Motel 6 might be some stiff competition for this tired resort.
