To make a long story short, my husband got me a new ring for Christmas. Take it to Kay to get resized, get the ring back, just to have it BREAK a week later(see picture). Call the store to ask some questions and make sure this won't be covered by me since it's not my fault and to see if there can be some kind of rush order placed on the ring to get it fixed. LAURA, instead of being helpful, thought the matter was funny and started laughing, which is beyond rude. I asked to speak to someone else, who was no better or nicer than she was. Take your business where the people are friendly and easy to work with. Not where the employees are people who just go in everyday just because they need a paycheck the way Laura clearly does.
