  • I would not rent at this location! They have a RAT infestation!!! I currently have a unit there,and have NEVER had an issue, till now! I also, was NOT informed of this issue by staff. I only found out due to me stopping by to pick up some things. As i opened my unit, I was welcomed by a bunch of RAT FECES EVERYWHERE! I called the front office to let them know, and the guy said he'd be right over. He also informed me that there really wasn't much he could do, but sweep up the rat crap. he said he was sorry and that he would inform his manager. I said "some one better call me today,as this is unacceptable!" its been a couple hours and still no one has called.I also asked "why didn't anyone call me to let me know i needed to check my unit?" he said "we cant call everyone,there's too many units here. I said "I call bull sh!t! I should have been notified of the issue". I have stored my things in this same location for over 5 years with NO ISSUES,till now. I can not believe they have let this get so out of control and didn't let me know there could be an issue with my unit, who knows how long this has been going on!!! I don't think I would be so angry if they had let me know, so I could do something about it sooner. full disclosure would have been more acceptable,in my eyes. That way I could have made a decision as to how to deal with this. In my eyes, they LIED to me! I don't believe this is the way you do business! Its unacceptable!! before this happened,I would have told friends and family about renting a space there.But because of the way this was mishandled, I would no longer do so.
