  • Chandler Lexus made my purchase experience a smooth-sailing dream. They far surpassed any expectation I could have had with buying my first car, let alone a luxury car when I went to visit them today. I am a young, successful, single woman who went to a dealership alone and walked without an ounce of question or feeling of manipualtion. My original point of contact was David "Grizz" Griffin, a long-time, trusted father figure who had recently transferred to a Toyota dealership. He spoke with his close associate, Randy Redd, the night before I planned to go to the dealership to ensure that everything was in order and ready for me when I arrived the next day. Randy engaged in a texting conversation that night and the next morning with me answering all my questions and looking in advance to see what special financing he could find for me that applied and fitted my needs. When I arrived, Randy had arranged for Mike Wills to take care of me since he had prior obligations. Mike had pulled the car up Randy and I had been texting about the night before. Mike then spent a good hour or more explaining in detail to me the differences and pros and cons between leasing and financing to own. I had no experience in this field and came from a family that had never leased before. I repeated questions and asked the same thing over and over I'm sure, but he had the most patience. After I felt I understood, we moved on to test driving the car. His description of the car and its features was focused on what was of interest and importance to me and I didn't feel like he was trying to upsell me or dramatize any features. Mike and I returned inside where we carefully talked about some kinks with my old car title and plates as well as insurance details, all of which don't apply to my new car and don't benefit him in anyway. He proceeded to give me his business card, writing on it his personal cell phone, ensuring me my needs would always be met, unless his phone was dead or he was at the lake (because he doesn't get service there! haha!) He also started to prepare my car by requesting a servicemen begin to wash and gas her up. After test driving my dream car, he walked me around the facility introducing me to my representative who would be in charge of maintenance, showed me where my car would be worked on, showed me the lounge area and explained that their goal was to make my stay as comfortable as possible and explained that a loaner car would be given in any situation more complicated than an oil change. He then introduced me to Leon, who would be taking care of all of my leasing details. Leon and I joked, talked, and engaged in a way that I felt led him to understand my greatest needs would be in packaging. As he described extra packages for coverage, he would then say to me "I don't think this is necessary for your case" or "This is probably the one thing I would recommend the highest for you". I didn't feel like he wanted me to purchase everything he suggested either. The signing process was smooth and fast! Mike then recollected me and walked me to my car, sat in it with me, paired my phone for me, told me to text him at my convenience to let him know where I would like his runner to deliver my old car the next day, and made arrangements for me to return the next week for a loaner car while my tint was applied. I drove off that lot elated on cloud nine! When I got home, I couldn't find the key (already) and called Mike's cell phone who answered right away and helped me find it in an instant. If anyone is looking for a team of kind, professional, and knowledgeable associates who have their client's needs and desires as their #1 priority, don't go anywhere else than Chandler Lexus. I felt like royalty and was treated better than I ever could have imagined. My whole family was amazed that a 20-something single woman could go to a dealership alone and walk out with such a smokin' deal and taken such good care of! Mike is every buyer's dream sales associate: genuine, knowledgeable, and comforting. I will be a Lexus customer for life!
