  • Amazing food. I order to go from here 2-3x a week. However, tonight I called to place a to go order and I was very rudely told that they no longer accepted to-go orders over the phone and that I would have to come in and place my order. What? If I wanted to sit there for 30 minutes I would just dine-in. Extremely disappointed to be treated like this by a place I've been patronizing for a long time. I love the food but will no longer be giving this place my business. 5 stars for food quality, 1 for customer service. Beyond disappointed in you Osaka.
